The highlights of the Motorola Moto S50 phone are large memory, fast charging and extremely affordable price.
Motorola launched the Motorola Moto S50 Neo in June and as promised, the brand has officially announced the standard Motorola Moto S50. The phone is powered by the Dimensity 7300 SoC, runs Android 14 OS, and comes with 12GB RAM and up to 512GB internal storage.

The smartphone features a 6.36-inch LTPO pOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, 2,670x1,272 pixel resolution, HDR10+ support, and a peak brightness of 3,000 nits. The display has a centered “hole-punch” cutout for the 32MP selfie camera and an under-display fingerprint scanner for biometric authentication.
On the back of the device is a 3-camera setup, including: 50MP main camera (using Sony IMX896 sensor, optical image stabilization - OIS), 13MP super wide-angle camera (FOV 123°) and 10MP telephoto camera (3x optical zoom, OIS).
Additionally, the Motorola Moto S50 also has a 4,310 mAh battery with 68W wired charging and 15W wireless charging. The smartphone also has an IP68 rating for dust and water resistance.
In fact, the Motorola Moto S50 is a different version of the recently announced Motorola Edge 50 Neo, the S50 is exclusive to the Chinese market and the Edge 50 Neo is aimed at the international market.
The phone is affordable.
The Motorola Moto S50 comes in three color variants and two storage configurations – 12GB RAM/256GB ROM and 12GB RAM/512GB ROM. They are priced at 2,199 yuan (about 7.6 million VND) and 2,499 yuan (about 8.7 million VND) respectively. Interested customers can buy the product via Lenovo's official website in China.
